Continuing along Highway 5 x 5…….

Published by ndtii95 under Prospecting Edit This

A couple more ways to move through the 5 x 5 system:

Phone survey - A phone survey is an excellent way to make a contact with someone who’s been a bit of a stonewall in your selling attempts.  Your phone call to them indicates that you’re in the process of speaking to both customers and non-customers to discover how you can better serve the needs of businesses like theirs/people like them.  Then you’ll ask a few targeted questions about what they look for in a company that they do business with.  If they are open with you (which doesn’t always happen - this isn’t a guaranteed success), you’ll have the blueprint on how to earn their business.  Or you’ll know that you can’t possibly earn their business.  Either way, it’s a win for you.

Newsletter - A periodic newsletter is another great way to reach difficult prospects.  They may not respond to a phone call or visit - no one wants to be bothered while working.  But an attractive newsletter with valuable information will always get read - and thus, your message will get through.

Now go sell something!
