The phone is my friend……the phone is my friend……
OK, so I don’t know exactly what or where you sell, but I can make one damn good assumption - unless you’re selling hot dogs from a street corner cart, the phone is probably your most valuable selling tool.
If you ARE selling hot dogs, I’ve got a killer spicy relish recipe. But that’s a whole different blog, I guess.
Anyway, in sales the phone is either your best friend or your worst enemy. The cool part about that?
YOU get to choose.
So, with that in mind, let’s start with outgoing phone calls. There are three ENORMOUS keys to making sure you and your phone like each other:
1. a solid, MEMORIZED script
2. a pre-call plan
3. a post-call review
